Approval from the Florida Division of Emergency Management must be obtained after registration for the training is complete. Click the application link to complete the Emergency Management Institute application. FFMA will seek approval for you but you must complete the application, have it signed by both you and your supervisor, and email it to Sally Cook at sally.cook@mymanatee.org by February 04, 2015.
 
Interested in taking the CFM exam? The exam will be offered the day after the training on February 20, 2015 from 9am to 12pm. If you plan on taking the CFM exam, you must complete and mail a separate ASFPM application and submit payment no later than February 04, 2015. The application can be found at floods.org.
